Experience our Experience at Livingston Clark.

Livingston Clark Surveyors Limited was formed in 2017 by Andy Pang and Pete Flint-Murray. Both had many years of experience in various areas of surveying and this enabled Livingston Clark to offer a broad range of residential and commercial surveying services under one banner. The firm has grown and now employs residential surveyors across Yorkshire.

In 2021 we brought on an experienced estate agent on board from the largest High Street estate agency in the country, and we became Livingston Clark Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors.

When buying or selling through our company we want you to have a professional yet friendly experience. Throughout your selling journey you will have one point of contact, an expert who knows you, your property and can provide updates at any time to suit you.

Every seller and every property are different and so creating a marking plan is key. If you have sold a house previously you will know that agreeing a sale on your property is one thing, but reaching your completion day is another. Our focus is to achieve the highest possible sale price for your property and by having Chartered Surveyors in-house we are able to offer a health check of your property so that we can identify areas that might cause issues during the sales process, and work with you to resolve them before they become issues.

Meet the team

Livingston Clark Surveyors Limited

Pete Flint- Murray

Pete deals heavily in the day-to-day operations of the business whilst still undertaking a range of surveys both locally and on a more national scale. Pete has a wealth of knowledge in property having worked in the industry for 16 years, and in that time he has dealt with residential surveying, commercial surveying and is even a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Outside of property, family time is really important to Pete and when not spending time with his two children, he can be found with a camera taking pictures of anything from cars, to planes, to beauty spots.
and Surveyor

Andy Pang

With 34 years in the property industry, what Andy doesn’t know about houses probably isn’t worth knowing! He decided to start working for himself after feeling like working for someone else was always about the money rather than the service to the client. Also a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers as well the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andy takes pride in giving the best possible advice to the client to ensure the home they buy doesn’t come with unexpected costs due to property issues. Having a business and two children means he doesn’t have a lot of spare time, but the time he does get is enjoyed with a game of badminton or visiting the horses.
and Surveyor

Simon Railton

Simon joined Livingston Clark following 20 years of surveying within a corporate company as he was keen to see what a smaller, more personal working environment would bring. He covers the surveying operations in and around Wakefield, Pontefract, Dewsbury and Castleford and when work isn’t keeping him busy, he has three young sons at home to keep him on his toes. Walking in Haw Park Wood is high on list of things he likes to do, as well as getting away on holiday.
